You can change from high to low frequencies without any problem. Other side is intended for use in particularly thin patients and children, to hear carotids and around injuries regions. Stethoscope has non chill rim for diaphragm and bell. The ear tips are very comfortable and make the stethoscope to be an excellent and handy scientific tool.
